So, I published this deck recently and reviewed Professor William Webb. I've just demolished Dunwich in Hard with a deck similar to this.

Even then, I don't recommend using a heavy combo deck in that campaign, the scenarios are short, and if you want to preserve the momentum you have to start asap. Lucky enough, the cards of that deck have some value by their own, so I was not punished. After the campaign, I tried an optimized list in 2 players in a oneshot (even if I can't run a Researched card, but anyways, I just wanted to try this deck).

This is just a Harvey - Necronomicon deck. Find the Necronomicon, play it and use Knowledge is Power to get the extra goodies if needed.

I call this deck a Webb toolbox because he enables the discard pile as your toolbox for broken discarded items without losing momentum to use them when needed over and over. He can fish the items you have in your discard pile just by investigating succesfuly, easy enough with Harvey's big . You may be forced to discard items because of Forced Learning or because any other effect in a scenario, and Webb can just scavenge them with ease.

The tech of this deck is simple: Use your secret assets, Ancient Stone, The Necronomicon, Grim Memoir and Eon Chart until they run out of uses. Use Magnifying Glass to discard your hand assets and the other copy of Eon Chart to discard the empty one. Once in your discard pile, use Webb (3) to fish them out of your discard pile to your hand when needed. Ideally you'll always want to fish The Necronomicon as often as you can to demolish high shrould places.

Forced Learning is not as good as I hoped for. Obviously it is kinda okay to filter your deck and it can proc the Ancient Stone's to 2-3 damage while it is in play, but it can make your enhanced draw and Mr. "Rook" searches somewhat less effective. I liked it, but having to discard some good cards because of a weakness felt really bad. Even though, I did not have that much trouble finding the cards I needed because of the enhanced draw of Harvey and Rook. There are events that can be cut if the other player is filling a support role and keeping you alive in the case you don't want to run Forced Learning. In a 30 card deck I'd cut Bizarre Diagnosis, Logical Reasoning, Mind over Matter, Extensive Research, Occult Invocation, Inquiring Mind, Curiosity since you don't really gain anything running a big hand, and one copy of Grim Memoir.

In larger scenarios, where you have just enough time to set up before you crush them, I really like this build. The only thing this deck really needs if for your to find fast with your draw and Mr. "Rook" your big book and other hand assets (preferably Magnifying Glass) to put the empty book in your discard pile, then get it back to your hand with Webb's after investigating. Obviosly this is not always guaranted, so you run other items to help Harvey find his key cards and investigate in high shroud locations like Grim Memoir and to deal with enemies like Ancient Stone.

This deck may work best in The Path to Carcosa, since in that campaign the scenarios are way bigger and longer. You could dispose Higher Education to run the other Ancient Stone because the amount of horror that campaign likes to deal.

This will be the last deck I published for Harvey in a long time. Sorry for being that guy publishing the same deck over and over again. Hope you like it.
