So, I realized Orphic Theory exists, the art is SICK and it gives me the thing I wanted in the other decks I published: Protection against Beyond the Veil in Dunwich.
This is a better deck, in my opinion. Dr. William T. Maleson can delay the draw of Beyond the Veil, but you can be unlucky with the second draw and it costs you a clue, while Orphic Theory only needs 1 EXP and 2 resources and an action to be played, and it's effects always pay.
Because of this, there's no need for Miskatonic Archaeology Funding. Just buy Orphic Theory before Extracurricular Activities. It is not that tematic, but your allies can soak full damage and you can help other investigators.
If you want to run Miskatonic Archaeology Funding anyways, maybe Whitton Greene can help you speed up your deck while giving you more , or you could run Dr. Milan Christopher.
