A streamlined version of ID: 25841 for Standalone scenarios, with 29 XP.
As the title indicates, it's based on Quick Learner's ability: fail your first test at -2 (or -4 with Drawing Thin), commit Take Heart and/or Grit Your Teeth, and activate Rabbit's Foot for rewards, get an extra action through Stella's ability and get a +2 in your 3rd and 4th action.
Use Scrounge for Supplies and Resourceful to recover Sharp Vision, as it is—together with "Look what I found!"—the main way to get clues.
Jessica Hyde and Peter Sylvestre can both show up thanks to Charisma to tank horror and damage. This is going to be necessary due to poor handling of the encounter deck.
To be paired with another generalist, like Jacqueline Fine (check ID: 1069834 for example).

Nov 12, 2020Hi, thanks for the comment. Yeah, you're right, they don't synergise, which I guess it makes Try and Try Again rather superfluous... Probably it makes more sense to exchange them for one Relic Hunter and one Grisly Totem (and one additional level 0 card, probably another Resourceful). Thanks again! Try and Try Again doesn't work with Take Heart if that is your intention =( You can use Grisly Totem with Take Heart, but it will cost more XP for Relic Hunter as well.
