so its pretty simple

Just click away on Borrowed Time 3 times. With Finn's free evade action & Leo De Luca in play, this shouldn't be so difficult.

When the time's right:

Play Ace in the Hole = 3 Actions
Remove all clicks off Borrowed Time = 3 Actions
Leo De Luca = 1 Action
Quick thinking = 1 Action
Free Evade = 1 Action
Normal Turn = 3 Actions
Total Actions = 12

Last action play Pay Day = 12 Resources

If you had a successful Lockpicks action with "Watch this!", you get up an additional 3 resources + a free card from Lucky Cigarette Case.

Talk about Netrunner-style click efficiency.... You could do the same with Skids, and a Police Badge would take you to 13 actions....

Dig Deep is there to keep your sanity tests in check. Lucky! is further insurance policy for your sanity tests. Double or Nothing & Backstab can knock off a 6 health enemy in 1 action Switchblade is there to get rid of those pesky doomed cultists. Lockpicks was made for Finn really.

This deck should make your fellow investigators very jealous!

Since Borrowed Time is exceptional, you cannot have more than 1 in your deck. Otherwise, great thematic approach!

Don't forget you can combine 2x Quick Thinking with 1x Double or Nothing for a total of 4 additional actions instead of 1.

There's also .41 Derringer for 3 extra actions in the same round, but requires at least 2 other players:

...for a total of 7 more actions (4x Quick Thinking, 3x .41 Derringer)

You could gain more actions in later turns, if you had Contraband or trick a guardian to use Extra Ammunition or a Venturer on your .41 Derringer.

It's pretty theoretical and i've read the combo somewhere else, i didn't invent it but doN't remember the author.

I don't think .41 Derringer is a good weapon and the above combo with it requires too many conditions to be playable. It might be possible as a guardian/rogue like "Skids" O'Toole, if you can use another weapon with no charge limit like Machete as well and stuff to spawn enemies like On the Hunt and "Let me handle this!".
