This deck leans towards clue-getting by either paying resources/charges/using Well Prepared to increase stats or just by buying clues using Lola / Intel Report.
When paying for stats, I suggest that you pay just enough to match the average negative modifier of the chaos bag (around 3 or 4 for Standard difficulty).
Try to avoid unnecessary fights as much as you can.
