Charlie Kane doesn't like the odds

Intro:

Charlie Kane runs for his 6th term in office, promising the people of Arkham "A Trigger Man on every street-corner! - (we just better make sure each citizen pays their 'taxes' on-time)."

This is a nothing-too-nifty build for Charlie Kane - one which I have been playing recently. All I can say is that he is a fun Investigator!

Things to note:

• We primarily have even-cost cards for Jeremiah Kirby.

• Well Prepared works well with Bonnie Walsh.

• Bonnie Walsh can unexhaust Trigger Man, so you can use it twice each round.

• Charlie Kane can activate the .45 Thompson even if it is attached to Trigger Man.

• The .45 Thompson attached to Trigger Man still occupies your hand slots.

• Beat Cop is there for enemies with an odd number of health points.

Upgrades (in rough order):

• 2x Guard Dog for 2x Trigger Man.
• 2x Charisma.
• 2x Emergency Cache for 2x Cheat the System.
• 2x Art Student for 2x Well Prepared.
• Upgrade to 2x Beat Cop.
• 1x Bank Job for 1x The Red-Gloved Man.
