This is the Constantine deck I'm running at the moment in a 2 player run through of Dunwich Legacy paired with a Daisy Walkerdeck.
Daisy/Mark are a cracking combo. If Daisy gets Medical Texts early she can heal every shot of Sophie damage as a free action.
As such there isn't as much emphasis on healing here. I've already dropped the First Aid for Brother Xavier and I'll be dropping the True Gritat some point as well.
Painkillers + Smoking Pipe are the real healing workhorses for Harrigan. As actions you can turn the Direct Damage from Sophie into Horror, and then into damage to give to your allies in turn drawing a card with no tempo loss like you get with First Aid
I'm a huge fan of the single Hiding Spot especially when your partner in crime is as squishy as Daisy. Since you can play it at any location, You can play it wherever Daisy is if she's wandered off and got herself in a jam. It's also a great safety play if you need to get through a location without stopping. while Mark can easily handle pretty much anything that comes at him, not having to stop to kill stuff saves you actions.
I looked at Prepared for the Worst but I don't like it so I added a .32 Colt. A third weapon is infinitely superior to the search effect.
I could draw a prepared - that I need to pay for, that might fail to find and even if it doesn't and I get a weapon I then need to play the weapon. So I've spent 2 actions and extra cash for no reason. Putting a .32 colt in this slot means when I draw the card in this slot I will then HAVE a weapon, that I don't need to search for and I can get into play in a single action.
Some people think the guns are bad. I disagree when it comes to the .32 vs the Machete. They both do +1 damage, Mark's base fight is so high he doesn't "need" the +1 from Machete although it is nice (hence two of those). Also, in a 2 player game with a squishy seeker, Mark won't always be engaged with a single enemy so a different weapon is needed.
Next exp spends: 2 x Stand Together as guardian really hurts for resources (especially after playing Jenny Barnes for the last 4 months 2 x Charisma - with so many Allies as story rewards they are sadly needed in a 2 player game. That's not a major issue for Harrigan though as he's always happy to have cards he can put damage on.
After that I'm not sure. Ever Vigilant maybe, Elder Sign Amulet to help Xavier carry the Horror load. I really like the look of Lightning Gun but it's probably overkill and I have an "All The Ammo" deck planned for it anyway.
You said: you can play it wherever Daisy is if she's wandered off and got herself in a jam - please note that enemies she is already engaged with do not disengage from her when you play Hiding Spot.
I like your deck, finally one that feels good without Unexpected Courage.
