I'm not sure it can deal with the big boys but It should be able to evade them easily enough, It can afford to mulligan the entire hand in the hunt for any of the 8 assets and it has the draw power I think to find what it needs without fishing so in essence it can get up and go without a set-up period which could be clutch in scenarios such as essex express.
The first exp expenditures I think will be Opportunist and Peter Sylvestre after that there is not much it can actually level which reinforces it's get going mentality.
