Dog Necromancer Will

This deck seeks to get out 4 sled dogs as quickly and consistently as possible, which is mostly achieved by Short Supply + Yorick ability. The deck is good at wat it is designed to do, but does not have a lot of utility. I do believe this to be the best and consistent sled dog build between all investigators because of how strong Short Supply is.
