Colorful Sefina

This deck is for True Solo; tested with TFA campaign and one standalone scenario. Getting Hot Streak later in your campaigns will make this deck pop a lot. For the beginning---you will just have to make use of your emergency cache, lone wolf and investments. Eventually, Beretta M1918 will be useful too. Sometimes a big money play with Well Connected is possible with Sefina getting around 20 resources, but other times just use her money to get all her assets out and then she will do wonders.
