Just another Bless-Focused Fr Mateo build, but trying to go as far into theme as possible. He's a Catholic priest doing all he can against the evil, just praying and doing the work he's been trained for. I've created this deck for my first run of TFA – True Solo, Blind, on easy difficulty.

The Trench Coat is a placeholder soak for a better ally. DTRH will make that a pricy investment but most likely worthwhile and certain to be needed in what's expected to be a trauma-heavy campaign.

Opening 5xp used on Sacred Covenant and Toungetwister.

Power word taboo was overcooked – I'm keeping a test (allowing choice of difficulty against enemy's fight, evade, or health stat) but not messing with the sheet. Maybe I'll avoid taking mercy but I don't know if I would anyway, and I'm doing this for my blind TFA run so I have no need to make it hard for myself.

Playing with a variation of the Elder Sign true solo solution, except I make the replenish cost an action instead of free trigger, which balances it very well in my opinion.

With this assist, hopefully I'll survive for at least a few good scenarios. Once my XP gains kick in I may stay ahead of the difficulty curve. Or I might trauma out and get killed. I really don't know what to expect.
