Starter Rex solo deck. The goal is to make Rex an investigative machine, so he can get rich and abuse Hyperawareness. The keys to unlocking his full potential are:

With these 4 cards in play, Rex can use Burglary to rob a location for 6+, hopefully yielding four resources and a clue with one action thanks to his own ability and the good doctor. The goal to to never fail an investigate action, get rich while doing so, and never leave a single clue behind.
Rex doesn’t care much for fighting, so he must use his Hyperawareness to help him run from foes. Use “I’ve got a plan!” and Backstab to ensure that the enemies he does have to face go down quickly. Strange Solution can be upgraded to offer another way to deal with meddlesome enemies.
Rex can take a few Painkillers fast to deal with his low health, and everything else is there to make sure Rex can do what he does best - suck up clues and get rich.
