Scientist Downs tries out a cool key she found

Standalone-ready deck for Ursula Downs built around The Skeleton Key and Lab Coat based on a discussion in the Mythos Busters discord. Can probably use more work but the general idea is to investigate using a card (the many hand items or one of the investigation events) and if you would fail, you just use the coat to succeed instead!

The side deck includes some cards that may also help out if you upgrade further.
