Use calling in favors to get Grete or later Xavier/Agency Backup.

Tetsuo and prepared for the worst find Becky or meat cleaver.

Meat cleaver puts horror onto assets to help them die to use Tommy’s ability.

Upgraded beat cop and guard dog share out damage and feed Tommy’s ability.

Try to have a Tetsuo or Xavier out and be with an ally if an ally is close to death, they can take a hit for ally.

Bandolier (findable with Tetsuo after you have weapon) is so meat cleaver can save Becky ammo, and upgraded bandolier buffs willpower.
