Star summoner Mateo is designed for a 4 player run of the forgotten age. He won't do much on his own except make the chaos bag draws as favourable as possible for his 3 allies. If he needs to perform skills himself he has quite a lot of ways of ensuring auto successes for his own tests which would then generate additional actions or draw/resources.
