Tried to make a somewhat viable dog deck! Joey is Hired Dogs from Barkham Horror, but I couldn't find that card in the app unfortunately.
Priority upgrades would be:
-Another Charisma
-2X Rods of Animalism
-2X A chance encounter lv. 2
-2X Plucky lvl. 3
