Trying to make the original Skids work
On paper Skids is great - an extra action per turn is amazing. In practice however.. what can Skids do with that extra action? Use his "amazing" skill stats? Skids needs to rely on events, but those events are expensive and 4+ resources a turn (2 for extra action, 2+ for the event) is a lot. This decks aims to use Chuck Fergus to make (most of) those events cheaper. That should leave enough resources for extra actions. Or deal with Skids' debts, damnit.
Mulligan hard for Chuck and start running. Use the extra actions to draw cards if necessary.
For 0 XP version:
- Lockpicks -> Flashlight
- Chuck Fergus -> Some ally or other soak, maybe Gregory Gry
- Pickpocketing -> Anything but Pickpocketing
- "I've had worse…" -> Narrow Escape
