Exactly how many times CAN you play Red-Gloved Man?

Answer? A lot!

Wendy is made to abuse our Sharp Dressed man. I can't believe there are only 2? 3? decks designed to do this on here and NONE of them are running Resourceful

Flare not only digs for him, but it also shuffles your deck. Crucial if you have the Amulet out and you have put A Chance Encounter on the bottom of your deck so you can redraw it faster.

It's a very one dimensional deck and very focussed.

I have no idea if it works, I was just curious to see how many Crimson Fisted Shenanigan Fiends I could play. Turns out it's:

1 - The Red-Gloved Man - Ideally you'd grab a second copy ASAP +2 - A Chance Encounter +2 - Resourceful

So 5 straight up plays

+2 Wendy's Amulet fuelled A Chance Encounter

Making it 7 (8 with an extra copy of the Vermillion Villain)

Then after that it depends on how fast you can get Encounters back by using Flare. Since Flare is ALSO an event you can reuse THAT with the Amulet too. In theory making for an infinite number of Maroon Digit Man

You could run the same idea out of William Yorick - Using his ability to keep grabbing The Red-Gloved Man from your discard pile but you lose the Amulet which is far superior for Dunwich Legacy and it's crazy resource intensive since you have to keep paying for our Scarlet Fingered Friend

Most fun thing I've found to do with the Cerise-Handed One:

Painkillers / Smoking Pipe all your damage onto him - and get those items back with Scavenging

Hey fun build, you probably can't use Wendy's Amulet on Flare due the way exile works. The card is removed from the game during the resolution of its effect, while the amulet takes effect "after".

Flare is probably still the best way to spend xp in this deck.

Dammit I missed the exile on the second ability

Flare only exiles itself if you can put an ally into play, so if you're just abusing flare to shuffle your deck it won't exile itself.
