A super-cheap, super-speedy Pete deck I'm testing.

Mulligan for Peter > Dark Horse. Go as fast as you can. Win before you run out of steam. Who needs subtlety when you have a 5/5/5/5 statline?

Upgrade to Scrapper (3) as soon as possible, then Peter Sylvestre (2), then Lucky (2). Nothing else seems terribly important. Survival Instinct (2) is worth having, but the deck isn't equipped to use Will To Survive (3), or any of the other Survivor assets.

The most simple idea is often the most powerful. I only fear that if Fire Axe is hidden somewhere deep in your deck, the Dark Horse bonus is lost for the scenario, as you will struggle to get back to zero credits - there are very few cards which cost any. I would perhaps include a credit sink like Dig Deep.

It's still raw and kind of untested. Once you have Scrapper, you shouldn't struggle to empty your pool of course, but swapping the Newspaper for Dig Deep in the meantime might be a decent idea.

The biggest thing I'm worried about pre-testing is the antipathy between Dark Horse and Lucky!/"Look what I Found!".

I would assume that you use the 2 L's as long as you don't have Dark Horse out. After that, you can easily ditch the cards to ready your animal friend.
