As you begin to make sense of the ever-shifting complex of maze-like corridors and chambers, a crack appears in one wall. The crack grows wider as two massive clawed hands push a hidden door open. A familiar imposing frame emerges from the darkness, glowering at you. Your tireless pursuer is here yet again.
Spawn the set-aside The Inescapable enemy at the lead investigator's location. Choose an investigator at that location to test (4). If they succeed, disengage The Inescapable from each investigator and exhaust it.
Shuffle each copy of the set-aside Still Behind You treachery and 1 random set-aside Star Spawn enemy, along with the encounter deck and discard pile, into the encounter deck.
